Default Signon went to Initial Menu

We have had an incident that has be baffled (not always that hard to do). A user signed on and instead of the initial program being executed the initial menu was executed. I don't have the joblog because the user signed off before I could force a joblog. Has this happened to anybody? Anybody have any suggestions? We are running V5R1 and the latest cumulative package has been applied (except a few ptf's that need an IPL)

Glen, I had this once before. I remember that it had to do with my security settings. The user was not authorized to use one or more of the objects that was needed by the signon menu CL. Hope this helps. Doug.
