Default Returning to a Prior Line

I'm trying to remember how to make the cursor up one line to the previous line when you hit enter. The command to do this was something like "PREVIOUS ELEMENT" OR "PRIMITIVE PREVIOUSELEMENT" or something similar. TIA for any assistance you can give.

Chipper, maybe it was... SET ELEMENTCHANGEEXIT It'd be nice to condition this one error. No clue how to do that one ... yet. Daz.
