CODE installation error

Hi trying to load WDT400 V5R1, doing a custom install and just selecting CODE components and when loading first component get "internal error" - it recommends rebooting and using add/remove programs in control panel to continue load - there is nothing listed though re. code/wdt - any ideas? Here's brief lowdown of PC and other software - it's loaded OK onto a similar PC with similar software on it: WIN2000 SP3 (upgraded from NT) Pentium3 500 512MB drive c - compressed - free space 600Mb, total 2Gb drive d - free space 2Gb, total 6Gb, this is where attempted to load to other software: websphere studio app developer 4.03 websphere studio device developer V1 visualage micro edition db2e client access ibm MQ ibm MQE various JVMs and JDKs etc.
