Change remote attributes

I would like to change the PC file "remote attributes". Is there a PC utility to do this?

If you are talking about the Remote tab of the file properties in CODE Project Organizer, they are stored in the registry - in binary. This means there is no easy way for a user to modify them. These values are set and used by the CODESRV GET and CODESRV PUT functions, and a user should not be changing them. Modifying these properties might impair your use of these functions.
