    Is possible receive MIME attachament from SMTP mail using RCVDST command or OS/400 API ?

    I would use a third party product to do so. Toolmaker Software in Germany www.toolmaker.de has a product called DirectMail. It allows you to monitor email accounts and call exit programs to handle incoming mails and attachments. You could code this stuff yourself, but it's quite a bit of work.
