Trouble Shooting Office Vission Send Doc

I have 6 AS/400 that we have setup on a Token Ring. When I send an Office Vission Doc to myself from one 400 to the other I get a message saying that it sent. But I can't find it on the other system. Were did it go? Any troubleshooting documentation on this subject? Thanks in advance. Tim

try doing a WRKDSTQ (I assume you are using SNADS to send the document). If you see the queue name in a failed or recovery pending mode, hold it, then release it. It should then send the data (assuming there are not configuration problems with your system). Sometimes you will need to do a Send Queue to force it to go... hth Ron
