I'm searching for a simple and easy way to syncronize the time-setting between an iSeries (being the master) and an NT-server connected via TCP/IP. I have tried using the RUNRMTCMT issuing a 'time 99:99' command on the PC, but is stopped by some security issue. From the RUNRMTCMD F1-helptext I have seen that "The target portion of this function can be an rexecd (remote executing) daemon if you specify *IP for the address type, ...". This is where I got lost.. Can anyone explain to me how to use this deamon, and from where one can get it.
