Default Setting up DIALUP from AS/400 to Win 2000

Hello all Guru's, Any one has done setting up dial up connectivity from AS/400 to Windows 2000? Basic idea is to use FTP after dialing into Windows 2000. Thanks, Anoop

No guru's here, but we expect to be doing this by the end of this week. Got LOTS of help from the forums in iSeriesNetwork.com -- I can't begin to explain what to do, but do some searches there for "FTP" & "dialup" & you'll get the basic reference info you need. We also had to buy a small package called IPSwitch -- very inexpensive, we needed it for a "handshake" problem, I believe. So far we've successfully dialed out of our network & placed a good working file on a pc --- but the test pc is actually located inside our computer room. The last step should be just changing the phone number to connect the real external pc, which we plan to test later this week. (Sorry, I'm not a technical person or I'd give you more specific info.)
