hi, We have SMTP set up and running OK. I have seen an IBM paper - you can create a user to accept non deliverable SNDDST'S. I have done as the paper said - I now need to access the ' System message store ' to see the un deliverables. Does anyone know how to do this? TIA Carl

Use WRKLNK to open the QTCPTMM directory. Then open the MAIL folder to find the user in question. Open that folder, and you should be able to see all documents. You may want to check other folders within QTCPTMM to see if there are any "lost" objects that should be deleted. Dave
