QSYSOPR messages automatically being replied to

Hi all I have an extremely frustrating problem that I can't see through. All inquiry messages sent to QSYSOPR e.g. "Load formtype x in printer y", are being automatically replied to. I want to stop this. I can't see any settings on the user profile or message queue that might control this. The WRKRPYLE list shows some entries but not to the messages i'm having problems with. Has anyone got any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I would start with DSPMSG MSGQ(QSYSOPR) OUTPUT(*PRINT) MSGTYPE(*INQ) to see who is answering the messages. Dave C

It tells us that program QMHSNINQ is answering the message. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a vendor product replying. See the bottom of this page http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase...a?OpenDocument for reasons QMHSNINQ answers a message. I suspect the MSGQ is set to Delivery *DFT mode. The default reply for CPA3394 is H (DSPMSGD RANGE(CPA3394 CPA3394) option 5) Thanks, Dave C

You beauty. The delivery for that queue was indeed set to *DFT. I've changed it and it now behaves as I would like it to. I kept looking past that parameter as I thought I understood all the options. Thank you again very much.
