How to re-print subset of labels in an OUTQ...

I am attempting to write a program that would re-print a certain run of shipping labels. There is an OUTQ in our system, called BKUCR, that stores shipping labels that have been printed. Each label is a file in BKUCR. I would like the program to be able to access the OUTQ, scan each label for a certain string, and re-print all labels containin that string. How can this be accomplished?
