In the past few days, several recruiters have started posting messages trolling for talent in MC's Discussion Forums. STOP DOING THAT...NOW!!!! As posted on our forums page, MC forums are not to be used for unpaid advertising. We are running friendly forums here, not a marketing tool for recruiters. The goal of the MC forums is to provide technical assistance to AS/400 professionals...period! There are several other better sources on the web to use if you're looking for people or a job. When people start advertising in MC forum's (particularly if they are doing it under false pretenses), you begin degrading the quality of conversation on the forums.
