License Manager Error

Hi All, I am facing a strange problem. I have recently two 820 installed. When I try to connect to my development machine with V3R2M0 client access, it works perfectly. But when I try to connect to my Production machine I get error message " License Manager Software Error" . I tried applying the servicepack but still I get same message. Both ISeries 820 are at the same PTF level. If anybody having some wayout or solution please reply. Thanks in advance Regards Rajesh

Hi, please check on your production machine for Client Access License Key. Just type WRKLICINF, verify License key for XD1 and XW1, and check for Usage limitation.
