I believe you should be able to test your application as long as you have two switched lines on your AS/400 (I assume that your ICF is for a dial up connection). Just set up two seperate lines and associated controllers/devices. I think you need to make sure that your ICF file is uniquely named for each end of the conversation... and that should be it.
