Micheal, Objects are owned by qdftown because they were restored with "Allow differences = *yes". This happens when objects exist on tape being owned by a user profile that does not exist on your system. If this is a package then talk to your vendor. Some systems have a user profile that ownes the system different from IBM supplied profiles.

If this is not a package then create a user profile(s) that will own the system and change object ownership of the objects. Create other user profiles that have the proper authority to perform the functions necessary. Using these as group profiles and authorization lists it should be a straight forward process to set up and in the long run be much easier to maintain.
