Default Client Access File transfer Security

We have an AS400 V3R2. All our customers in Europe are connected to this via some methods (dialup,internet...) and with different emulation programs (PCOMM, ClientAccess, passthru from other AS400 or mainframe...) , TCP/IP and SNA. What I have to check to avoid "illegal" upload/download fro/to my AS400 ? The only thing I have actually is a special program that check the accesses. It is activited via the Network Attributes (PCSACC Client Request Access) but it seems to work only when we use a PCOMM file transfer, not a ClientAccess file transfer ... Is there someone somewhere who can help me ?

PCSACC monitors only the original servers (PCOMM, 16 bit CA/400). See WRKREGINF for a list of exit points (there are about 60) that control the optimized (32 bit CA/400) and TCP/IP exit points.
