    Default Substring of Numeric field

    Redefine the packed field as zoned in the LF (change the P to an S in the LF), then substring on the zoned field. Chris

    Default Substring of Numeric field

    Need to use last 7 bytes of a packed field. Having problems with substring. How can this be done? Thanks lswain
