Hi all, The shop I currently work for will start to use LPAR in a couple of months so I've been reading up on it. I have done over 300 OS/400-installations and CISC-RISC-upgrades in the last 5 years so that won't be a problem. Still, are there any strange 'features' you have encountered. Any problems in real life? Like I just read that we'll need Operational Navigator/Management Central to maintain the environments(like copying userprofiles from one partition to another). Is this a practical solution/the only solution, etcetera. I'm extremely interested in this info because I will be involved in the configuration as a consultant and it will be 'Greatly Appreciated' if all goes well this time(they've had some problems with upgrades etc. in the past).
