prevent substition fonts in AFP-to-PDF transform, V5R1

I'm using the AFP-to-PDF transform in V5R1, with the PSF configuration's "PDF device emulation type" set to PDFDEVTYPE(*IP40300), and "Generate PDF output" set to PDFGEN(*STMF). Unfortunately the transform is substituting fonts, e.g. wherever my DDS printer file specifies font ID 33335 (Optima), the transform substitutes font ID 5687 (Times Roman). Is it possible to configure the transform such that the fonts I want get downloaded into the PDF output?

I have an IPDS printer with PSF that will not print an entire spooled file. It stops printing after approximately 60 pages even though the AS/400 shows that it was on page 100 when it stopped. The end of forms message is on the AS/400 before the printer stops printing. I think I need to change something in the PSF configuration but I don't know what to change. Any Ideas? Thanks, Tammy
