What types of Help Desk software are being used out there? We're using Peregrine Service Center and FWIW, personally I think it's just awful. But this may have more to do with the implementation than the application itself. The App might just be mediocre and the way we're using it just makes it seem worse. <p>Ease of use is my biggest complaint. Problem Types and Solution Types are difficult to lookup. And Searching for previous incidents is tortuous. It's a Single Document Interface style app and not very pleasing to the eye but I could tolerate the lousy aesthetics if it were just a lot more user-friendly. <p>So I'd be interested in hearing what else is in use out there and how you would rate it. This is the only 3rd party Help Desk app I've ever used so I've got nothing to compare it to. It's not likely we'll be replacing this anytime soon. But if someone else out there is happily using Service Center, it tells me that we could tweek our configuration to make it more acceptable. <p>Thanks, <p>Mike
