This thread discusses the Content article: Putting the i(Series) in TCP/IP

You reference "MFRTYPMDL(*HPPCL6)" under the LPD section of the article. I have searched for and asked IBM about this with no success. I am looking for a true PCL6 driver to use with Host Print Transform (PRTDTASTRM value) instead of the various PCL implementations prior to PCL6 that used escape codes. I expected this to at least be available in V6, but our IBM contact tells us they don't have it. We have run into printers such as the HP LJ2015 that only have limited PCL 5E (no scalable fonts) and PCL6 resident.
