Hello,
I am trying to use SQL more and more especially inside RPG programs. I am trying to use an UPDATE statement in an RPGILE program, but I want to pass the file name as a parameter. In an UPDATE statement the table name can't be a host variable. I also thought of the CREATE ALIAS, but I can't use a host variable for the table name there, either. Is there a better way than using OVRDBF?
