I keep getting this message when I FTP into an AS400 from Windows while processing the 'quote rcmd call lib/pgm'. The error does not occur when I do the same from AS400 to AS400. <p>I put a SNDPGMMSG to *SYSOPR at the beginning and end of the program. The messages are about 2 minutes apart. The FTP setting is INACTTIMO(36000). The job completes normally. <p>This only happens when I run the program over a large company. It works fine over smaller ones which do not take as much time. <p>Here is what happens: <p>1) FTP into the AS400 and logon <BR>
2) QUOTE RCMD call lib/pgm '999' <BR>
3) On the AS400 the start message is sent to QSYSOPR. <BR>
4) A few minutes go by ... 'Connection closed by remote host' <BR>
5) A few seconds later the end message is sent to QSYSOPR. <p>I check the QTFTP* job and it completes normally. <p>Is there anywhere else I should be checking? <p>Thanks <BR>
