COMMON Celebrity Video Chat Debuts

COMMON debuts its Celebrity Chat Video series with Paul Tuohy as the first celebrity guest. The celebrity video chat is a series of interviews with well-known IBM i and Power Systems community members and IBMers.

These video interviews will be facilitated, and a series of questions will be asked about Power, IBM i and their specialization.  After the main video interview is complete, questions will be invited from the audience over the web, and the facilitator will field those questions to the celebrity. These interviews provide an opportunity for members of community to get an insight into the celebrity’s expertise and their unique perspective on Power and IBM i-related areas.

The first celebrity video chat will be with Paul Tuohy, ComCon. Paul is well-known and respected as a teacher and consultant in the IBM i community, and is an award winning speaker, appearing regularly at COMMON events, user group meetings and other conferences around the world. He has authored several books related to the IBM i industry, writes regularly for many industry publications and is a long time System iNEWS technical editor. For his consulting, Paul specializes in application modernization with an emphasis on modernizing existing applications.
