George Crump, is President and CEO of Storage Switzerland,an IT analyst firm focused on the storage & virtualization segments. With 25 years experience designing storage solutions for data centers, Mr. Crump has seen the birth of such technologies as RAID, NAS and SAN. Prior to founding Storage Switzerland he was CTO at one of the nations largest storage integrators where he was in charge of technology testing, integration and product selection. George also writes the daily storage blog for InformationWeek and is a regular contributor to SearchStorage, eWeek, SearchServer Virtualization and SearchDataBackup.

Karthik Balachandran is a Senior Product Strategist at Vision Solutions. He has over 10 years experience in helping IT organizations design, deploy and manage their technology. He has been instrumental in developing best practices for operational readiness so companies can adopt and expand their virtual environments. Previously he has worked in software development, enterprise consulting for Verizon and VMware.
