IBM ExperienceOne delivers the IBM Mobile Customer Engagement solution to create a stand-alone solution for mobile products. Mobile products previously announced under IBM Marketing Center are moved to Mobile Customer Engagement and renamed to reflect the new packaging, as follows:

 

    • Marketing Center - Push Notification is renamed as Mobile Customer Engagement - Push Notification.

 

    • Marketing Center - Web Push & Inbox is renamed as Mobile Customer Engagement - Web Push & Inbox.

 

 

With the introduction of Mobile Customer Engagement, the prerequisite to purchase the Marketing Center SLA is removed.

 

 

For a complete listing of renamed part numbers, refer to Ordering information section.

 

Effective on the availability date of July 8, 2014:

 

    • New customers can subscribe to the renamed parts for Push Notification and Web Push & Inbox under Mobile Customer Engagement.

 

    • Current subscribers to mobile offerings under Marketing Center can subscribe to the new Mobile Customer Engagement part numbers at contract renewal. For current subscribers, the repackaging and renaming of mobile offerings does not affect their existing entitlements or support.
