    Interestingly enough, my son just told me over the weekend that he had figured out a way to get beyond Microsoft telephone support menus and to a real person... and that was by cursing loudly and repeatedly!

      I'm going to have to change my ways. I usually wait until after a live Microsoft telephone support person has given me the runaround for a couple of ours before I start cursing loudly and repeatedly. If I had known that it provided some benefit other than a psychological one, I would have started doing it much earlier in my attempts to interact with Microsoft. Thanks for that information. I'll put it to use in the future.
