John, Sorry to hear about all your troubles. Not being US-based I don't know the vendors but am I right in thinking that all three are hosted solutions? We too are a 15 person company and we have just gone live with IBM's IP Telephony service and we love it but then we run it on our own System i, as we do everything else in the business (accounts, file and print, network, Domino, Web site, etc). You might think about doing the same.

Hi John: Glad to hear you have a good solution! You are correct that ours were hosted solutions. I guess you are using the recently announced IBM/3Com offering. That was a little late for us as we had already contracted to go back to our landline carrier (AT&T). We also loved our VoIP system when it was provided by Verizon - it was after they exited the market that our woes started. I hope everything works out well for you and who knows, we could be tempted again as the technology improves and I will certainly keep a note of your comments.
