    I'm not quite sure how a 22% decrease in revenue can be regarded as good. Is IBM implying that their software is so good that hardware upgrades are needed less often? What about sales to new users? Are new users purchasing Websphere software that is so good that it does not require hardware to make it work? In other words, all you need are Websphere and happy thoughts? A random drop might be an abberation. A series of large drops suggests something serious. IBM should explain this for the sake of credibility.
