Since it has been a while and nobody answered the puzzle, here is the answere. However please first note that "Newfie" is as abusive to a Newfoundlander as Paki would be for a Pakistani, though not as crude as n* for an African American. Newfoundlander have a tremendous sense of humor as evident from the fact that top Canadian comedians are from Newfoundland. Most Newfie jokes are told by the Newfoundlander comedians which speaks for their sense of humor. The following also came from a Newfoundlander friend of mine Fitzgerald.
