TSPRWPR doesn't work ?

Hi, We use the OS400 V5R3 and outq to print a file. In order to handle the selection of page range, so I downloaded the TSPRWPR and created the outq specified with TSPRWPR. But unfortunately, when I printed the AFP file, the file stauts always was HOLD,I checked the message was: File QPDSPFD held by writer CWRITE01 on output queue CWRITE01 in TESTLIB. Who can help me ? Thanks a lot!

TSPRWPR doesn't work ?

This is due to an authority error. If you look at the spool file owner... they may be disabled. If they are ... it automatically puts it on hold. Brew.
