My supervisor is telling me we are moving to a CMOD setup.
My understanding the server side will be on an IBM 390 but we will need to change our sndnet commands we are doing to send to our current system which is control-D on the 390.
My question since I know nothing about CMOD is what needs to happen on out i-series for this setup to happen?
I assume there will be a client side installed on the i-series, but what about the sndnet commands we are currently using, what type of command /statement will be used within our CLP.
Understand I am just trying to get a leg up on this, so I wont be the only idiot in the room.
