How to create 2 spool file found with the same job no/user/file name/file number

Hi All, we've encountered an error in one of our customized program to delete spool file because there was 2 spool files with the same job number, same user, same file number and same spool file name. To resolve this issue, we have edited our CL program to handle this kind of changes however, we need to recreate the error before the fix is implemented and I don't know how to create such spool file. Please help me. Thanks.
