I have 2 installations where the user PCs were upgraded to Office XP SP-2 and now those users cannot open their Excel and Word documents from the iSeries mapped drives. Both iSeries are at V4R5M0. Additionally, if I copy the documents from the mapped drive to the desktop using Explorer, the document opens fine. The error received from the mapped drive when trying to open the document from there indicates "Microsoft Office cannot open or save anymore documents because there is not enough available memory or disk space." It takes anywhere from 20-40 seconds before that message appears. Also, I have closed everything else running on the PC. PCs are in both situations on W2K. Thanks, Tim
