Replacing Micro$oft Server with Linux

I have a client that is hitting the wall on SBS 2003 for 75 users and we are considering moving to an LPAR running Linux to replace the various pieces of Exhange, ISA, SharePoint and such. Has anyone done this sucessfully? What components did you use?
