Customer: Variety Of Letters i.e. Late Notices, Thank You, Reminders

For a while, we used DeskMaster from Seacrest Business Systems, www.seacrest.com. It's a word-processing application with merge-printing that runs entirely on the iSeries. But we needed more than it could do, so we went to a method where the documents were in Microsoft Word; we create a database file on the iSeries, then tell Word to merge-print with it.
