Client on JDE Genesis (World 7.3 cum 12). they need a JDE resource for minor fixes, and install a 3rd party warehouse automation system written by a software developer. They will provide the code, files layouts, documentation and support, but they do not want to install it as they are focused on product development. The JDE resource needs a thorough understanding of JDE Inventory Master file to integrate the warehouse automation software (this application is resident on the iSeries and integrate to the JDE product master file), knowledgeable of warehouse transactions (receipts, transfer, pick and pack, adjustments, physical and cycle counts) and has experience with RF bar code equipment. The project will start-up in April. The client needs you to be on-site for all work. Location is near Anaheim. We are looking into the possibility of someone doing this as a part-time side job or moonlighting.
