  • Lotus Notes NSF file to a Physical file on the 400

Potentially the NSF could be a BLOB in a record residing in an AS/400 PF, but you might be better off designating a field in the PF as a PATH to the NSF. Dave

Lotus Notes NSF file to a Physical file on the 400

One of my programmer (no more in the Company) has created a Lotus Notes Database. I want to convert/transfer this data into a physical iSeries file. I know Lotus DECS is a solution but it is a "one time" operation and I don't know DECS at all. Has anyone a solution ?? thanks in advance.

Is there a way to dynamically link to a Lotus Notes .NSF file residing on a Windows NT box to a physical file on the AS400?

Hi Rene, NotesSql will let you grab the data from Notes using ODBC. You could subsequently upload that data to the iSeries. HTH, Brian
