I am experimenting with BLOBS and have seen how to create a table (using SQL) with a BLOB field, but have not seen how to populate the BLOB field. Can someone point me in the right direction? I would like to write an RPG program to populate the BLOB (I assume I would have to use embedded SQL)and then read the BLOB in a browser (using JAVA?). Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Joe
