Setup for Internet public can access the iSeries 170

I have a iSeries 170 running V4R5. It is on a LAN that has Internet access provided by a IP provider. I need to know what is needed so the Internet public can access the iSeries 170 and it HTTP servers that are running.

I have run:

The servers start OK but can't get to http://192.168.1.170:2001 or ping it.
can you tell me what I need to do to allow access over LAN and from Internet?
