I am trying to get my AS400's to show up in network neighborhood or WINNT explorer. Netserver is up and running I have added the QNAME/ip to LMHOSTS stop and reset I can do a find computer from WINNT Explorer and find the system no problem and it is in my correct domain I have the broadcast value set at 120 in ops nav Thanks Brian

Netserver not showing up in WIINT Explorer
I understand that Netserver wont display in the Network Neighbourhood because it uses WINS. I had the same problem - I couldnt get ours to display in the list either (despite adding it to the HOSTS file). Do you *need* to add it to your DNS server? We live with it since our users access the IFS from a link on our intranet page.
