One thing to check is under the Options menu, select Include and make sure what you need is selected.

Work Management using OPS Nav 5.1
When I use OPs Nav to look at Works Management I don't get all the facilities I am ONLY getting SERVER JOB not SUBSYSTEM JOBS , JOB QUEUES MEMORY POOLS etc. One of my team does get all these , the only difference is I am on W95 he is on W2000 .......... Can any guru help ? Thanks George -

Brian the only option I get is user preferances the other 3 are greyed out. Any other idaeas ?Comment
