Sending reports with SNADS

For about a year we have been sending reports from 5 different AS/400's to a central AS/400 in Oakland (CA). All of a sudden two of the AS/400's are not sending reports and the following conditions exist on the sending AS/400: QSNADS job for receiving AS/400 is status ICFW Distribution Queue for receiving AS/400 is stuck on CONNECT I have tried to end subsystems QSNADS and QCMN on both sending and receiving systems, then restarting after connection (dail up) I have tried removing the directory entries on both systems then re-create them. I got the following message when digging into ICFW status: The initial thread of the job is waiting for the completion of an I/O operation to an intersystem communications function file.
