I got CHGPOPA parameter MSGSPLIT set to *NOMAX and when I send large attachments the email never arrives or I get the hex characters as descibed in other questions posed. I am relaying to a local MS Exchange Server and seem to get beter results late at night when no one is using the exchange server. During the day when everyone is using exchange the largest attachment I can get through seems to be about 12k, at night I can get up to about 50-75k. Does anyone have any suggestions?
