    TechTip: Grace Period After Upgrading

The license key information should be in the black and red (or black and pink, I guess) diagonal-striped folder, but sometimes are not. They may be in the individual plastic wraps for each licensd program product. You also can call IBM direct at 1-800-446-8989 and request the software license keys for your system. They will fax or e-mail them to you. On the message "CWBLM0003 - Warning, license granted, however the number of available licenses for iSeries Access has been exceeded." This message has been popping up when you first log on to Client Access. You can change the number of users to 5722XW1 feature 5050 without a license key. Use the WRKLICINF command and scroll down to the 5722XW1 feature 5050. Just answer the messages about the usage limit being increased with a "G".
