Completion Message to wrong msgq

I have a strange problem. A user submits a batch job and receives the completion message 'Job 123456/USER1/JOB1 completed normally on 02/17/10 at 11:01:43.' The problem is the message is being received in USER2 message queue. I have checked the job description, user profile and the code to make sure it is not hard coded but cannot find where the message is being redirected. Can anyone give other ideas where to look?

Yes, I have checked the user profile. A msgq w/ the same name as the user profile has been set up and assigned to the user profile.

I believe the job attributes for submitted jobs keeps the "Submitted By" user, date and time, whom is normally the receiver of the job completion message. Maybe it's being overridden in the *JOBD used on the SBMJOB...???

The sbmjob is using the jobd from the usrprf and the usrprf msgq has been set up w/ the same name as the usrprf.
