I have been searching on this forum for a solution to my problem but cannot find it. So, I am posting this hoping someone will direct me to the right place. AS/400 620 V4R5, not updated with most recent PTF's, started the SMTP server so I can send email and it is taking too much CPU for this system. Email sends out fine so I have set up everything correctly. Its the performance issues I'm having. I did change the threashold on the STMP parent and child jobs but that didn't help. I need help in performance tuning the SMTP server. thanks
