Gene, I read your article and found it very usefull. I have an additional question regarding DSPDSPF. Where you find out information about keyword 09 (category 17). I cant find it in OS/400 File APIs, but I see that you use 1709 (WDWTITLE) keyword in DSPFFD. Do you know anything about category 6? Best regards, Alexei

I need to print record formats within a display file on the fly. Is there any API/program that enables you to give it as parms a display file and a record format and it then spool that? (kind of same effect as hitting print screen once inside that record format through SDA)
