Performance Tools, Batch CPU Calculation

I am in need of calculating the Batch CPU Utilization from performance tools files. I'm at V4R5 on an 820. I've got the Interactive CPU Utilization taken care of. I'm using the file QAPMJOBL. For interactive, the calculation is ((JBCPU / 1000) / INTSEC) * 100. Using the same logic for batch jobs does not produce the same figures. There is a value for JBCPU and INTSEC, but the values are so small, that a value of 0 comes up when calculating the CPU Utilization. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!
