Using Reply List Entry Comparison Data

Hi, I have a situation where I would like to have 2 Reply List Entries for the same message id with different replies. I would like to use the Comparison Data to control which entry gets used. So I would use CHGJOB INQMSGRPY(*SYSRPYL). Then I need to set 'something' that would be used to look up the correct reply list entry. Does anyone know how or where to set the value that gets compared to the Reply List Entry Comparison Data? Thanks
